How can I change the default storage drive on my computer?

The default storage drive on my PC is the C Drive, as in most. But it is running out of space and I don't want to have to go through and clean it all out. I want to download an episode of a TV show from iTunes onto my computer so I can put it onto my iPod. It keeps saying there isn't enough space, so I need to use the D Drive for it. How can I get it there because I have tried basically everything that I can think of.How can I change the default storage drive on my computer?
You can upgrade your C drive to a bigger size, let's say you have 120GB, you can buy a 320GB or 500GB hard Drive, then upgrade it.

But you have to do a surgery on your computer.

If you know how to open up a computer and replace a computer hard drive, then go ahead. or just send it to your local computer repair shop, or to a computer mechanic.
