How can I set a default description for selling eBay items?

I want to know how to put a default message that will appear at the bottom of each listing.



For example, I want it to state that we only ship to the US, and that returns are only offered when the product is faulty. Is there a way not to have to type it out for each individual product?How can I set a default description for selling eBay items?
You don't have to give anybody money and you don't have to fool with HTML or make a template. Ebay has simplified this for you.



Look at your 'DESCRIPTION' section when you get ready to type it. At the top should be a selection called ';INSERTS'; (right next to CHECK SPELLING). Use that to ';Create an Insert';. Name it -- like shipping %26amp; returns -- and type what you want. Save it. Now, every time you type a description, when you are done, use the 'INSERTS'; box to simply call up and use that exact same description.
