How do I change a windows default program for a file format to blank?

I accidently changed a file format to have a default program and I want it to change to no default program.

From the control panel-%26gt; Default Programs-%26gt; Set Associations



Select the protocol you want to change, the click the change program button,



Choose the program you want to use instead.
