How can I make iTunes my default media player?

I want to get my Spiral Frog music into iTunes, but I want to make iTunes the default music player. Then, when I download Spiral Frog songs, they would go straight to iTunes. But how do I do this?How can I make iTunes my default media player?
If you're on a PC, get to the Edit menu, then Preferences and go to the last tab available. You'll see a check box that says something like '' Make iTunes my my default player for audio files'' allright ? :)How can I make iTunes my default media player?

Left click on one of the songs

click open with %26gt; choose default program %26gt; itunes

make sure the box is ticked saying 'always use this selected program to open files'

press ok.
