How do I make Yahoo my default mail server?

I made a video thing on my computer and I want to send it to myself through e-mail. My computer does this by sending through my automatic default e-mail. I don't know how to figure out what already is my default one, and how to change it to be Yahoo mail. Anyone know how to do this?How do I make Yahoo my default mail server?
