How can i make yahoo mail my email default if i already have yahoo toolbar?

yahoo mail was already supposed to be my default but it's not showing up in the pull down window. it's set on outlook.How can i make yahoo mail my email default if i already have yahoo toolbar?
Maybe it's not the right toolbar.
